Had a semi emergency issue with some bees that decided the foundation of my house was a fine place to set up. I called/messaged several other local pest control companies and no one else bothered to call me back let alone come out to look. From phone call to the time I was handing Bob my check was less than 3 hours. He took care of the bees, offered me some advice on other pests (ants and spiders) and told me to follow up with him in a few days if I still noticed any activity. Thank you Bacon's Pest Control! The maintenance department at my apartment complex called them out to help me with the roaches that suddenly appeared in my kitchen. I had found a large one in my silverware drawer that ran behind my oven, and baby roaches on my counter. I was so scared! Thankfully, Bob came and not only took care of the issue but kindly answered all of my questions and provided so much useful information about how to keep roaches from coming in again. He sprayed roach deterrent everywhere it was needed and talked me through the whole process. He also installed a cardboard trap behind my fridge, because roaches often like to hide there. I feel so relieved after Bob with Bacon's Pest Control came to help. Excellent customer service, kind and respectful. Would 100% recommend their services!
